You can also send a document from the My Documents window. Browse to the file you wish to send. Select the file. Choose E-mail this file from the File and Folder Tasks menu to invoke your email application.
If you do not see the File and Folder Tasks menu, you can choose File —> Send to —> Mail Recipient from the Menu bar.
But wait, there's one more way. You can simply right click on the file you want to attach, then choose Send To—>Mail Recipient from the flyout menu.
Using any of these three methods from the My Documents window will invoke your email client and produce a new mail message similar to the one below. Add a recipient email address and message. Then click send.
